Returns & Refunds Policy
At Jasmati Vice (Nisiki Technologies Pvt Ltd), we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the day of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are only provided in case of the customer receiving faulty or defective product.

2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items MAY NOT be refunded. Please check with us via our instagram page @jasmativice or email paaras@nisikitech.com
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for other products are not allowed. If the product is in a wrong size, then we can process an exchange for that same product in a different size. If there are any charges with regards to shipping the exchanged product, it will be communicated to you before processing any size-related exchanges.
6. Shipping
Details regarding the shipping of the returned/exchanged product will be communicated to you over email or another channel such as our instagram page.
